Before your appointment

• If you begin to suffer a cough, runny nose or other Covid-19 symptoms within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact our office to reschedule.

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of billable time.

During your appointment

• All common surfaces will be sanitized before your appointment.

• If you feel more comfortable in a masked environment, please let us know and we will ensure that we are masked during your time with us.

• Please help us to maintain a safe work environment. If you demonstrate the above symptoms during your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and will be charged a one hour cancellation fee.
