Meet Heather

Heather Alexander BAH, MA, JD, is an experienced family lawyer with extensive training in alternative dispute resolution. She was called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 2013 after graduating with distinction from Western Law.

She specializes in helping clients avoid future issues by negotiating cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts (prenups) before problems arise, and out of court separation agreements after relationships break down.

However, she is also an experienced trial lawyer who will stand up for your rights in court if necessary.

Heather also represents both sides in the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
